Account & Login

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Download the app and follow the on-screen instructions. You'll need a phone number to verify your account.

Q: I forgot my password / Can't log in
A: Orbit Messenger uses phone number authentication. If you're having trouble, try: - Ensure you're using the correct phone number - Check that you have a stable internet connection - Request a new verification code

Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Messaging

Q: Why aren't my messages sending?
A: Check your internet connection. If the problem persists: - Restart the app - Check if you're blocked by the recipient - Ensure you have the latest app version

Q: Can I recover deleted messages?
A: Once messages are deleted, they cannot be recovered. However, if disappearing messages are enabled, they may still be visible to recipients until they expire.

Q: How do I send photos/videos?
A: Tap the attachment icon in a chat, then select "Photo" or "Video" from your library or take a new one.

Q: How do I control who sees my information?

A: Open the chat with the user, tap their name, then select "Block User" from the options.

Technical Issues
