Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Orbit Messenger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Orbit Messenger is a messaging application that allows users to:

• Send and receive text messages, photos, videos, voice messages, and other media
• Connect with friends and contacts
• Share location information
• Create and participate in group chats
• Make voice and video calls

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Orbit Messenger to:

1. Illegal Activities: Engage in any illegal activities or violate any laws
2. Harmful Content: Send spam, malware, or viruses; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; share content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
3. Privacy Violations: Impersonate others; share others' personal information without consent; violate others' privacy rights
4. Intellectual Property: Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights; share content you do not have the right to share
5. System Abuse: Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App's functionality; use automated systems to access the App; reverse engineer or decompile the App

User Content

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• By sharing content, you grant us a license to store, transmit, and display that content
• You are solely responsible for the content you share

Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We are not obligated to monitor all user content but may do so

Prohibited Content

You may not share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent

Service Availability

Termination

By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account through the app settings

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Harm other users or the service
• Fail to pay required fees (if applicable)

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit Messenger, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting updated Terms in the App, updating the "Last Updated" date, and sending you a notification (if significant changes are made).

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
